• The student shall be required to submit the valid proof (ID Card, Service certificate, Certificate from employer, Discharge Certificate from Hospital or any other document, death certificate, domicile certificate, as may be the case) certifying the proof of eligibility for the scholarship being applied.
• Wards will include son/s and/or daughter/s who are dependents also.
• Scholarship is applicable for Indian citizens only.
• Scholarship will be awarded to the candidate only after the verification of original documents. 
• HKBK reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict the number of students (beneficiaries) 

GIRLS SCHOLARSHIP: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Scholarship for Girl Students for Intake in Engineering Programs at HKBK for Academic Year 2022

This scholarship will be offered for engineering first year on the tuition fee to all girl students taking admission in HKBK in the year 2021 subject to minimum 80% marks in 12th board exams.

Rs.25,000 scholarship for girl student. 

Scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 80% marks in class X and XII and 80% marks in PCM for Engineering. Such scholarships will be limited to 10% of seats in each Engineering Program. Scholarships will be allotted for the first year in Merit order to eligible candidates.

Scholarship amount is Rs.25000/- on Tuition fee of first year.

 Other Concessions for the Academic Year 2022

1.) Old Student Concession Policy to Promote Higher Education:-

The students of entire HKBK group, who seek admission in HKBK College of Engineering after qualifying +2 / diploma will be provided scholarship of Rs. 30,000/-  of yearly fee for 1st year of the course.

2) Teacher’s Ward Concession:-

The HKBK College of Engineering provides Rs.30, 000 concession on yearly fee to the wards of teachers for 1st year of the course. (Teachers of Govt. / Govt. recognized schools/ colleges/ universities) provided a teacher should have at least one year regular service..

3) Sibling Concession:-

The HKBK College of Engineering offers Rs.25, 000 concessions on 1st year fee to newly joined student. 

4.) For Orphan Candidates: -

Rs.30,000 of concession will be given and in case of Single Parent

5.) Alumni Scholarship: -

Rs.25, 000/- concession will also be allowed to the real brother/ sister/spouse/Wards of the alumni student of this Institute.

HKBKCET is a National level online evaluation test conducted by HKBK Group of Institutions. The students with meritorious ranking are considered for admissions.

Candidates are required to appear for the  HKBK Group of Institutions, Bengaluru evaluation test in addition to standard eligibility criteria

Online exam schedules: Phase 1: December-July, Phase 2: August to October

91-100 Marks – 100% scholarship

71-90 marks- 50,000/- scholarship

61-70 marks – 25000/-scholarship

51-60 marks - 10000/- scholarship
